ALL OUR SESSIONS ARE RUN BY JOSH AND OTHER PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALLERS
Working on a one to one basis can improve confidence, performance and skills.
Traditional team sessions are part and parcel of football but clearly they have to catering for a group where talents, fitness levels and characters are all different.
One a one to one session we can really focus on what the individual wants to acheive and help them work on that and other aspects of their game. We can create a bespoke training plan, fitness programme and give advice on nutrition from a professional point of view.
